General Data Protection Regulation

Any information held by Fox Hill Primary will be held in compliance with the General Protection Data Regulation (GDPR) for the safeguarding of the children in the setting. It may be passed on to other bodies e.g. the Local Authority, Ofsted or other appropriate agencies as required to fulfil our obligations under our Ofsted registration.

What is GDPR?

GDPR applies to all organisations processing personal data, including schools and academies. The legislation will determine how data is processed and kept safe, and the legal rights individuals have in relation to their own data.
